Off-Site Application Development
CCS develops client-server or Internet-based applications designed specifically to meet your business needs. Working closely with you, we perform an in-depth business needs analysis to document the functionality required for your system. We then establish a project timeline and budget for the system development and implementation. Development can be done at your site or ours. If budget constraints exist, we can establish a phased-in approach to prioritize and deliver the mission critical functionality first, followed by additional facets of the project as your budget permits.
Technical RecruitingThere are numerous formulas for success. One of the simplest is to know your expertise and focus on it. CCS is experienced in communicating with and evaluating technical resources.
CCS works with our clients to establish the most effective recruiting arrangement for the staffing needs at hand. We can establish a relationship with our clients wherein we provide a contract recruiter, or to recruit to fill specific positions on either a contract-to-hire or contingency-fee basis. We recruit and place candidates on your site on a "Contract-to-Hire" basis, typically a six month duration. Or, we can recruit on a contingency-fee basis and make direct placement of specifically screened candidates. Recruiting is done across all technical platforms.
When working on a contingency-fee or contract-to hire basis, we locate, screen, interview, and perform reference checks on candidates. CCS will only present those candidates who we have interviewed and verified their capabilities as fitting your needs. We will not flood your desk with "paper," as we will only present qualified, available, and interested candidates. We won't waste your time! When working on a contract recruiting basis, we will work within your prescribed recruitment and staffing procedures.
