Technical Recruiting
CCS works with our clients to establish the most effective recruiting arrangement for the staffing needs at hand. We provide contract recruiters to work on your site, or off-site, or a combination thereof. We recruit and place candidates on your site on a "Contract-to-Hire" basis, typically a six month duration. Or, we can recruit on a contingency-fee basis and make direct placement of specifically screened candidates. Recruiting is done across all technical platforms.
